Cancellation Policy

If Client fails to be present for a full session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, Client will be considered a no show and the deposit will be forfeit. To reschedule the session, an additional $50 will be required. All rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original session date. If Client fails to be present for a mini session within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, Client will be considered a no show and the deposit will be forfeit. If Meredith Ready Photography cannot perform this contract due to cause beyond the control of the parties, or dues to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall reschedule the event at a mutually acceptable date. In the event that the session cannot be rescheduled, Meredith Ready Photography shall return the session deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract.
